Welcome to Advanced Cylinder Heads, LLC machine shop where precision machining, metal fabrication, welding, overhauling and custom machined parts are being serviced to meet our customers’ needs. We specialize in complete Cummins 12 and 24 valve engine rebuilds from mild to wild.  We offer complete O-ring and Fire Ring service for Cummins engines. A precision torque plate is always used when boring and honing a Cummins engine block.

WELDING:

An endless range of welding services are available. We offer in house tig and mig welding.

FABRICATING:

Advanced Cylinder Heads, LLC has complete cylinder head repair and rebuilding capabilities. We can repair your parts or fabricate a proto type.

MACHINING:

Our capabilities include machining custom parts small and large. All work is done on premises by qualified machinists and our in house equipment services mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and specialty metals.

CUSTOM MACHINING:

If you require a specific piece of equipment or part that is no longer maintained by the manufacturer, we will recreate the part to spec. In our machine shop we can custom recreate obsolete parts for any piece of equipment large or small.
